By ryankeese @ 4:01 PM :: 808 Views ::   Have you ever heard the saying, "Wow, I wish I would have bought that property back before the prices went up!"  Now is your chance.  Think about this for a minute...there is tremendous inventory on the market right now that is being offered by increasingly motivated sellers with interest rates at historic all-time lows.  Not to mention, you might qualify for a Home Buyer's Credit that could give you a tax credit up to $8,000!  The greatest part is that credit never has to be paid back.  Use the market to your advantage and with some creative thinking you will be "sitting pretty" when the market picks back up!
