Buyer's Market- take advantage of it!

Not to mention, you might qualify for a Home Buyer's Credit that could give you a tax credit up to $8,000! The greatest part is that credit never has to be paid back. Use the market to your advantage and with some creative thinking you will be "sitting pretty" when the market picks back up! |
